Each ship features a conference room with audio visual equipment and a large multi-tiered Show Lounge ideal for sales presentations or product launches by day and an array of exciting entertainment options by night. There are also lounges offering stunning panoramic ocean views, and six-star dining in two beautifully appointed restaurants – one of which seats all guests in just one sitting.

The ships also offer a variety of activities and diversions including ladies’ and men’s sauna and steam rooms; a well-equipped fitness centre with Pilates, yoga, aerobics and weight training instruction; a well-stocked book and video/DVD library; a spacious sun deck with a pool, two Jacuzzis and a poolside bar.

Silversea’s public rooms and facilities are available to both meeting and incentive groups for presentations, cocktail parties, meetings, etc. Silversea is known for its intimate ships and so is ideal for both smaller groups of under 75 people or an exclusive charter for groups of over 100 people. When a Silversea ship is chartered, total exclusivity in a secure and confidential environment is assured while cruising to the destination of your choice. The maximum incentive group or charter capacity on Silver Cloud and Silver Wind is 294, and 388 on Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper.

The Conference Room and Card Room on each ship are separated by a moveable wall and can be used together or separately. Depending on room layout preference – theatre style or classroom style – the capacity for the Conference/Card Room on Silver Cloud and Silver Wind is 24 – 30. On Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper the Conference Room has a capacity of 36 guests and the Card Room 22 guests, with a full capacity of 58 guests if used together.

The Show Lounge and Panorama Lounge on each ship are equipped with a wide range of audio visual facilities for presentations or ceremonies. Most public rooms are also equipped with microphones and speakers and can comfortably accommodate all guests. A trained member of staff will be available to assist in the use of any audio visual equipment aboard.

Guests can stay in touch with the office via the Internet Point onboard which offers personal computers with internet and e-mail access. There is also a credit card operated fax machine and, of course, ship-to-shore telephone service.
